Your box (box name) is not maintaining expected temperatures. In Grocery mode, there must be a partition in the right-most slot. Please check.
This notification means that your Smart Box cannot maintain the required temperature.
Immediately troubleshoot the issue to ensure that any perishable items remain fresh and safe for consumption.
Here are some possible reasons that your Smart Box is unable to maintain its temperature:
- Someone has added a hot item inside of the Smart Box
- The lid is currently open or was recently open for more than 10 minutes
- There is debris blocking the Smart Box’s external vents
- You’re experiencing a power outage
