Cooling Mode Notification

Notification text:

Climate control activated on your box (box name).

Cause:

Your Smart Box will shift into a cooling mode four (4) hours before a delivery requiring climate control. You can also manually switch into a cooling mode through the HomeValet mobile app.

We will notify you when your Smart Box has been switched into a cooling mode and is actively cooling down.
