Your box (box name) has lost power and is now operating using battery backup power. Please remove your order from the box as soon as possible.
You will receive this notification any time you have a delivery in the Smart Box, and it has lost power. We'll send the notification hourly as long as your Smart Box remains on backup battery power.
The backup battery cannot run the cooling engine, though the Smart Box can maintain its temperature for a short period of time.
Remove any perishables from your Smart Box as soon as possible.
