Your Smart Box is still working to stay cold. If it’s empty, use Energy Saving mode to give it a break and keep it running effectively.

Cause:

You will receive this notification if it's getting late in the day, your Smart Box is still in a cooling mode, and you haven't "grabbed" your deliveries.

Next steps:

If you need your Smart Box to stay cold, no further action is necessary. If your Smart Box is empty, consider switching to Energy Saving mode to keep your Smart Box running effectively.
