If you encounter an error like the one below while attempting to join a Smart Box as a shared user, there are a few things that could be going on:
- You entered the wrong code
- The code has expired (a share code remains active for three (3) days)
- Your phone's internet connection is weak
- You already have access to the Smart Box you're trying to join
If you're sure that you don't already have access to the box, we recommend trying the code again with your phone connected to a strong cellular or WiFi network.
If the code is expired, request a new code from the person who initially set up the box.
