If you're not receiving push notifications, here are a few things you can try:
Check your phone's notification settings
- Verify that you have notifications turned on in your phone's settings
- Verify that the HomeValet app has notification permissions
- Check your 'Do Not Disturb' and 'Focus' settings if you're using an iPhone.
- 'Do Not Disturb' should be turned off
- If 'Focus' is activated, ensure that your settings allow notifications from HomeValet
Check your HomeValet mobile app notification settings
- Open the HomeValet app
- Navigate to the 'My Profile' page
- Scroll down to the 'Settings' section
- Tap 'Push Notifications'
- Verify your settings
