You can reset your password via the HomeValet mobile app or the Customer Portal.
If you know your password
Open a browser window and navigate to: https://my.homevalet.co/
Log into your account and reset your password by clicking 'Edit' near the Password Reset section of the page.
Enter your current password, your new password, and confirm the new password. Click 'Save' to make the change.
If you sign up for an account using a social login, you won't be able to reset your password through HomeValet. Visit the provider's site for information on how to reset your password.
If you don't know your password
If you don't remember your password, you can complete the following steps to reset it via the Customer Portal or the HomeValet mobile app.
Navigate to the Customer Portal using a browser or launch the HomeValet mobile app. Scroll down on the login page, tap 'Need help signing in?' and then 'Forgot password?'
Enter your email or user name to begin.
You will then receive an email with instructions on resetting your password.
If you sign up for a HomeValet account using a social login, you won't be able to reset your password through HomeValet. Visit the provider's site for information on how to reset your password.
Single Sign-On (SSO) Users:
There are two ways you can register for a HomeValet account. You can create a password or register with your Google, Facebook, or Apple credentials.
If you signed up using Google, Facebook, or Apple, you should tap the corresponding button on the login screen to log in using those credentials.
Don't remember what method you used to create your account?
If you've been signed out of the HomeValet mobile app and the Customer Portal and don't remember which account creation method you used, please contact Customer Support.
Be sure to include information such as your full name, your Smart Box's name, and your home address in your request to assist us with looking up your account.
