You can request an account deletion from the HomeValet mobile app or from the Customer Portal. All account information will be deleted within 30 days of your request.
Deleting your app from the mobile app:
Launch the mobile app & expand the menu
Select 'My profile'
Tap your Name to edit your user account
Tap 'Delete Account'
Type 'DELETE' in the text field and tap 'DELETE'
Tap 'Sign out' on the confirmation screen to sign out of the HomeValet app.
Deleting your app from the Customer Portal:
Log in to the Customer Portal
Scroll down to the 'Delete My Account' section and click 'Delete'
Type 'Delete' into the text box and tap the 'DELETE' button
Tap 'Sign out' on the confirmation screen to sign out of the Customer Portal
