From the Customer Portal, you can:
Update your name, your account password, or delete your account.
See information about all Smart Boxes associated with your account.
Lock or unlock your Smart Box when your phone is not available.
Activate and see the status of your HomeValet subscription.
Enter details about your Walmart InHome account.
Click here to log in to the HomeValet Customer Portal. The site uses the same login information as the mobile app.
