The HomeValet Customer Portal

The Customer Portal is a website that allows you to view and change certain types of account information.

From the Customer Portal, you can:

• Update your name, your account password, or delete your account.

• See information about all Smart Boxes associated with your account.

• Lock or unlock your Smart Box when your phone is not available.

• Activate and see the status of your HomeValet subscription.

• Enter details about your Walmart InHome account.
