Smart Box Zones

Using the two physical dividers that come with your Smart Box, you can create up to three temperature zones to accommodate the type of items you have arriving in your deliveries.

The three Smart Box Zone options are:

  • Package - Intended for dry goods or packages and is not actively climate-controlled
  • Fridge - Maintains food-safe temperatures for perishable, refrigerated items
  • Freezer - Regulates temperature to ensure all products remain frozen

Given that the cooling engine is in the far right corner of the Smart Box, in a multi-zone configuration, the coldest zone will always be the furthest to the right and the warmest will always be the furthest to the left.
