Receiving deliveries with your HomeValet Smart Box is easy, safe, and secure. As soon as your delivery has been added to our platform, you can keep track of its progress from the retailer to your home.
There are three ways deliveries are added to the HomeValet platform:
- Partner-Entered Deliveries are added automatically by the retailer
- Customer-Entered Deliveries are entered manually by you
- Unscheduled Deliveries are when you know you have a delivery coming, but aren’t sure when

Viewing deliveries in the HomeValet mobile app
Once a delivery has been added to the HomeValet platform, it will be visible on the mobile app's Home Screen.
Tap on any order to launch the delivery details page. Edit or delete customer-entered deliveries by tapping the pencil icon.
Note: Editing of partner-entered deliveries is not currently supported.
Removing deliveries from your Smart Box
We recommend removing deliveries from your Smart Box on the same day that they are delivered.
When you remove an order from the Smart Box, tap 'I grabbed my delivery' to let us know. If your box was in Fridge, Freezer, or Grocery modes, we'll transition into Energy Saving mode at this time.
