My Smart Box is making unusual noises or vibrations

Your Smart Box shouldn’t make noises greater than any other refrigerator or freezer unit.

For instance, refrigerant circulating throughout the system may produce an airflow sound, or the compressor may generate a buzzing sound, especially when starting up or shutting down. These sounds would be considered a part of normal operation.

If your box is making sounds that seem more significant, ensure that your Smart Box’s cabinet is not touching a wall and that proper air circulation is possible.
