Your Smart Box will automatically unlock at least 15 minutes before the scheduled delivery time of any partner or customer entered delivery.
If there isn't a specific delivery time associated with the order, your Smart Box will unlock before 6 am to ensure that it is ready to receive the order.
If the delivery is unscheduled, then you will need to manually unlock the Smart Box to receive a delivery.
Note: If your Smart Box is opened for any reason after the HomeValet platform has unlocked it and you have auto-lock turned on, your Smart Box will automatically lock when the lid closes. We will assume that the delivery has arrived and that the box should stay locked.
