What does the light on the Smart Box handle mean?

Your Smart Box handle has a light that can turn either red or green to help illustrate different box states. Currently, the handle will turn red or green in the following situations:

Green

• When the box is unlocked
• When the box reconnects to WiFi following a disconnect

Red

• When someone enters the wrong password during the WiFi network setup flow
• When the box loses connection to WiFi
  • Note: The platform will not report that the box is offline until it has gone for more than 5 minutes without a status update from the box.
